Anyone in Iraq or from Iraq?

I would like to hear the opinions of people in Iraq wether you are from there, there working or in the military. I would also like to hear from people who have been there. Has the US and other countries helped in anyway? It is hard to tell from news reports. They can make you beleive what the want. They can omit facts that we don't get to see. Please tell us how you feel. I know people living in the US that are from Iraq and for the most part they think it has helped. What are your opionions on this?

Wow!! Interesting point... If you go to the left hand side of the page you can see where people are actually from, and how many are members of mylot.com I dont know about where you live, but we like to think that the reports we get on the TV News, Radio, Newspapers etc etc are actually TRUE The other option of course is to look on the Internet The BBC is a good source, and it also has a place where you can put your point of view, similar to mylot.com Personally......... It needed sorting out!!!! Saddam had made a hell of a mess!! The two warring parties the Sunni's and the Shiiet's are determined to ruin the place!!!! The best thing to do, in my opnionon... would to separate the country and have one sect in one part and the other in the other!!

I live in the United States. I know one of my friends here is a kurd. His parents sent him, his sister and two older brothers here so they would be safe from Saddam. Another one of my friends brought his wife and children here so they would be safe from Saddam. We working together on 9/11. He explained a lot about Iraq to us. He told us about all the terrible things Saddam and his soms did. He hopesthat someday Irag will be a safe place to take his wife and children. He misses his country.
