Do I have a disease?

I really like a quiet without noise. I want to live alone, do everything alone, especially in a simple house in a small village. I feel uncomfortable when I hear noise. At my parents house I have a room but sometimes my sister wants to sleep with me. I said "I can't sleep if someone else is in my room" but she always insists on me she wants to sleep together and in the end I couldn't sleep until morning. I feel claustrophobic, restless and uncomfortable if there are other people in my room even though she is my sister.

Many people like peace and quiet, but to want to do everything alone and no contact with others is very isolating and lonely. I am like the others in the comments, see or chat with your doctor and possibly he or she can help you find a solution. It sounds like your sister is seeking you out, that is nice that she wants to spend time with you. I wish you the best in your endeavor to try to find a solution to your problems.
