YouTube have a new CEO : Neal Mohan

The Popular social media arm of Google - YouTube which if I can recall correctly earned approx. $15 Billion in revenues in 2021-22 has a new CEO.
It's an Indo-American Neal Mohan.
The last CEO took YouTube to bigger heights although she had her share of controversies.
As a whole, there are certain YouTube policies which seem to favor the high rankers too much as compared to newbies or low rankers.
Let's see if and how the things change now.

I have thought that YouTube needs to be more open for ALL content creators to earn, so maybe that will change under new leadership? Not sure. The site does need a bit of a makeover, but generally I do like how the site is set up so I hope the changes are slow and subtle—and of course good, if any come.

The heavy bias towards the high earners needs to be rebalanced.
How much is exactly done is not sure though!

I agree with your points but in some ways what I meant was that let the Top ones get more focus but the ones at the bottom have at least something for them, or even 30 days in a year where they get more opportunities.
