Friday Midday Brief

Good morning from sunny Green Bay, Wisconsin where the temperature when I woke this morning was 2 F above with a wind chill at -12 F. We're supposed to get to 18 F today and right now, we're at 15 F, and feels like 15 F, so the winds have calmed down. We did get 12.2 inches of snow. We're getting more tonight. I've had a busy morning. I didn't exactly sleep in, but I did get up later than usual. I went to bed at 11 last night, so getting up at 4:20 this morning is still five hours of sleep that I normally get. Going to bed that late and waking that late did put me behind the eight-ball a little bit. However, I got my Bible study done, one game, and ate breakfast before I went down to the exercise class and worked out on the bike for 32 minutes while they watched the longer exercise tape. I was disappointed that my walking app only gave me 17 steps in that time. I know how many steps I normally get on the bike, so added those. I then walked the three hallways and am now almost at goal. I also changed and made my bed this morning. Now, I'm here visiting you and seeing what you are doing in your world. As for my plans for the rest of the day, I'm hoping I didn't mess up my back again because I know I did more bending than I'm allowed. So, I don't plan to do anything more than working here on the computer and maybe taking Ibuprofen for my back. So, I will get the notifications done and work on Where Eagles Soar which has been my focus this past week. I will also work on the other game I play during the week. That's how my day is going.
