Work Breaks

I started to work on my tasks from 10:30 AM. Now is the time for short break. I did some stretches as I was sitting in front of the laptop for such a long time and then I drank a cup of butter milk as I am fan of butter milk, it also keeps you hydrated.
Still a lot of work is there to complete. Hopefully I'll complete the pending tasks by the end of the day.
That's all for now. Will come to mylot during my lunch break.

Taking breaks is essential to recharge our brain cells and muscles. It would also keep us focused and healthy. Keeping hydrated is also important. The brain cells are composed of about 70% water, so I heard, so for it to function well, we should stay properly hydrated.
I hope you will complete your task by the end of the day. I am sure you will.

I hope, I will complete the pending tasks by the end of the day. It's always good to keep your body hydrated. We've made a whatsapp group in our family for Water Reminder. So far we're successful in drinking water at regular intervals.
