What to do if one month baby get caught by flu?

My neighbor just gave birth about one month ago. She has a baby boy. She lives right next to my house. Last night, I heard he cried all night long. Her baby is caught by flu. Perhaps, the baby couldn't breath properly because of runny nose and his body ain't feel good either.
I could hear her words trying to calm the baby. I feel her.
It makes me realize why we have to respect our parents. They have sacrified so many things for their children. They can't sleep if the baby sick. They have to stop eating whenever the baby is pooping.

As a home remedy she could take some warm water, mix pure honey in it and make the baby drink with a spoon little by little. In India we message warm mustard oil heated with garlic and black cumin.

A crying baby doesn't mean its the flu. A one-month-old crying could be for any number of reasons. Yes congestion can make it hard for a baby to breath which is and easy fix to suction out the snot from the nasal passage. It's also not uncommon for a baby of this age to have colic where babies just cry to cry its a newfound things. You cry you get attention crying is a baby's way for attention, or need of something sometimes it means overstimulation or too tired. Also babies don't care if its nighttime or daytime they have no concept of time.

@ShyBear88 it is true that I don't know what is going on next door exactly. We are neighbor here often says hello to each other. His mother used to get her baby for sun exposure. She said her baby caught by flu.

@ifa225 You mean she had the baby outside too long in the sun? being out in the sun doesn't make someone get the flu. You pick up the flu by being around someone else that has had it and they cough and sneeze. Its virus picked up of surface not from being outside in the sun. Flu is common not great for babies since there immune system is now the only way to know if someone has the flu is to be tested or see a doctor to go over symptoms. Crying still doesn't make the flu they are other things that doctors look at to know if it is or isn't Other why crying its most likely a colic baby or aced relax.

I think it would be best to consult your physician. One could never assume without a professional health worker. There was one story where a baby cried all night, and they only discover in the morning that a centipede was biting his head with his cap on, In this regard, they may want to do a double check of his/her clothing and body,
