@LadyDuck All the other things are very important. Maybe even more so. But we do spend one-third of our lives sleeping, which means in bed and we shouldn't ignore that one-third of our lives.

That is entirely up to you. It's like when you buy hot sauce. You get a choice of mild, hot or insanely hot. I like mild and hot myself, and the lower end of insanely hot sometimes.
