After I found out I'm Type 2 diabetic.
I am more eager, willing and determine to exercise more.
But there are times I feel my body is weak does not have enough energy.
So my exercise is not everyday.
There are days I need to rest and skip exercise.
They say the key to beat Type 2 diabetes is thru the triangle remedy.
1. Diet (low Carb)
2. Exercise
3. Medication.
I guess this triangle remedy is not only for diabetic people.
But also for those who doesn't want to get this terrible disease.

What symptom did you have that made you go to the doctor and found out you are diabetic. It runs in our family and Im scared of it. I try walking when I can.

First symptoms is your mouth and the whole throat is dried up. and you are very thirsty.
This happened to me twice only.
and the 2nd noticable symptoms is Frequent Urination at night.
You need to visit a hospital or a doctor specialize in diabetes to test your blood sugar (FBS) testing.
This way you will catch this symptoms early and can manage diabetes early and prevent it from worsening.

You know exercising is discipline, if you don't sometimes you become weak in doing the routine

Hi, there. I too am type 2 diabetic. Been that way since 07 when had infections and blood sugar jumped. My mom had it and runs in family. I fell the same way you do. I lose motivation and feel weak and just want to sleep. I try to excercise evry other day for an 1 hr or so. Walking is what I do. I try to avoid sugar as well and do vitamins. Its a struggle

besides diet or lifestyle genetics also affects diabetes, I once had very high sugar levels, then I tried to consume avocados every day, because avocados contain vegetable fats that are good for the body, every day I eat about 500 grams of avocado, and Finally My sugar level is back to normal. Besides eating avocados, I balance it with exercise too.
