This week I made strawberry kiwi quinoa breakfast parfaits. I like the flavor combination of kiwi and strawberry and I love that they are so loaded with protein due to both the Greek yogurt and quinoa. They are simple to make. The yogurt is mixed with lime zest and honey. Then you just layer the quinoa, yogurt, diced fruit, and repeat. I used pint mason jars to make them an easy grab and go breakfast. I typically eat breakfast when I get to work and I'm waiting for students to get into homeroom/1st period. I have 15 minutes between the time I have to be there until the time the students have to be there.

That is very cool, neat way to have a quick meaning breakfast. What part of new Jersey, me be hungries. In all seriousness very cool idea, how long does the yogurt last? Mixed with honey and honey never spoils so maybe that was rhetorical.

@NJChicaa Cool, cool, very, inventive idea you made there. I am going to try that one day when I get a real place to work at. I do not want to, working from home works so much better for me, but I am becoming a bit anti social.

I don´t much like kiwi but I´m sure I can make a delicious alternative to that. I am thinking about mango
