Addressing My Absence... Sort Of.

So, I've been pretty absent from here, and I haven't been as active on social media. Truthfully, I've been dealing with stress, anxiety, and personal matters.
Something also happened last week that pushed me to take a mental health day (basically, no work or anything like that) because it was the straw that broke the anxious camel's back. It wasn't a life-or-death situation, nor did it involve anyone else, but it's not anything I feel like talking about right now. Mostly because I'm just exhausted from talking about it
But yeah, I just haven't been up to posting or interacting on here (sorry for the unanswered comments and expired notifications). I've barely even touched my NKOTB fan page, nor have I posted on other websites.
Life happens, and life gets stressful. I'm trying to cope better with my stress and anxiety.
I'm also trying to keep myself busy and whatnot. I find it's better that way because then my brain is too busy to overthink, but I do take some time for myself as well.
Anywho. I'll try to be around this week, but depending on how my week goes, I can't make any promises.
I know that wasn't much of a post, but I figured I'd check in with everyone. I hope you're all doing well and have a great week.

You are right when your hands and body are busy the mind slow down or stop on its overthinking. I saw a NKOTB shirt from a online thriftstore and I was reminded of you.
Im sure you'll find some coping mechanisms.

Just take everything slow, and give yourself some time to breathe. Everything will be okay soon!

I hope you feel better soon and feel at peace. I wish you that. Remember that we all have moments like this from time to time and it's completely normal. It's important to take a break in these situations.
