Your Thoughts About Grey Hair Embracement? Are You Joining the Club?

Mine has been grey for years. I color it for fun at times. Often with temporary color

I have plenty now and don't plan to color it. I've always liked natural hair.

I have no idea who Christie Brinkley is. I do not follow what celebrities do. I have grey hair and I like it, I am not going to dye.

I don't know Christie Brinkley... I looked at the article and that didn't tell me anything. *shrug* I've got a streak of white in my auburn hair that starts above my left eyebrow and goes to my crown. My daughter tells me I have a few strands of white in the back of my hair, too. (My beard and sideburns turned white when I was 55... I don't think that's too bad for a man who will be 60 in a few months.)

Yeah I'm getting older. Last time my daughter visited us she commented on the streaks in my hair. Gray is gray and white is white. I don't follow celebrities at all. I don't do make up at all. I'm me and this me is aging. So hello gray and white and streaks!

I was a redhead. My hair turned absolutely white in just about 2 months time. It happened super fast, I knew it would. My Dad's did the same thing. Even if I wanted to color it, I wouldn't, as chemicals and I don't get along that well, plus, think about it--who are we fooling, anyway? If it's gray, it's gray...I have a really close friend who spent too much time in the tanner and the sun in her younger years. She has had so many skin cancer procedures. She dyes her hair bright blonde, she always has. So she has this little wrinkled face...and teenage hair. It just doesn't go together. But she is stiil beautiful and I would never say anything to her, I just don't get why she does it. It does not make her look any younger to color it. Oh, well...it's all personal choice, I guess!!
