But the bigly strong, secure, brave and fair Republicans in Oklahoma moved it, along with all other Ballot Measures, to odd number years because they always get a lower turnout. If they had thought of it sooner, Oklahoma, The Sooner State, probably wouldn't have Medical Marijuana today. They pulled the same sort of shenanigans in South Dakota. And many other states.
