I've been chief cook, bottle-washer AND chauffeur - or should that be chauffeuse?

Have you heard of someone being the chief cook and bottle-washer? It’s an old saying. Generally, my husband, Vince, is the chief cook and I clean the dishes.
But Vince was put on very strong antibiotics over a couple of weeks ago. He has come off them now. However, his blood pressure has stayed quite high and he gets a bit dizzy when he walks so I’ve been driving whenever we go anywhere.
Today, I sat for over an hour in the dentist’s waiting room while he had a filling. Luckily, I took a book with me. But, for the moment, I’m the chief cook, the bottle-washer AND the chauffeur.
The photo is from the motor museum we visited recently. Notice the way the headlights are secured. I’ll write more about it later and include a close-up of the steps into the rear seats.

I was going to ask if that was the car you've been driving.
Yes, we have that saying here, too. Usually, that's my title at our house.

@JudyEv The same is with me. I am also a very patient person. But having some engagement like reading or online work is a productive use of that time.

His blood pressure is high due to the sickness or due to the medicine he has to take? Does he take any medicine usually for high blood pressure?
Bottle washer and driver isn’t to bad as long as you aren’t a nervous driver. However cook, bottle washer and driver might be too much to ask for in a marriage

I almost always have a book with me, or a simple cross-stitch project.
Yes, I noticed the headlight apparatus.

The maker made every part of it himself. That's pretty amazing on its own.
