Install the new version of WhatsApp. And when I try to open the app, it doesn't load. Delete images and videos, and I don't charge either. So take a backup of my contacts and Whatsapp to format the phone. My sister completed the process because I don't have the patience for such things sometimes. And that's it, I format the entire phone, install it again and it works.
