Do we agree to disagree?

Oftentimes, we meet someone who has different likes and dislikes from us. This is natural because we have unique backgrounds, families, and environment. But, we should agree to disagree in a way that we still respect each other's beliefs.
Previously, I have taught college clinical chemistry at our local university, and I met all types of students from far-flung barrios and the kids of VIPs in the city as well. They have all unique personalities, but when doing a project, they had to unite as one and talk things out.
We can still unite even if our opinions and beliefs differ from each other. As one BTS member, Suga, said: "It's not wrong to be different. I think equality begins when we open up and embrace all of our differences."
Do you agree to agree or disagree, why?

I always agree to disagree depending on what the difference are. Yes no two people are the same, no two people will feel the same way about the same thing or how they will address issues when they come out. But that is what makes everyone one of a kind and their own person.

All discussions should be handled maturely and without conflict. There must be respect at all times.
