This month is a bit of busy, but anyway, I am still believe I could make a bit of imporvement this month.
- Finish the daily work
- Make some prepare of the outstanding work if my colleague left company
- Find someone who could help me practice my English online
- Read one English book
- Exercise for half an hour every day
- Train the new colleague from next week to the end of this month, make sure they both could hand some work
- Coach my daughter and som for some habit (eating, sleeping and do homework)
It seems that too many things I need to do, I have half a month, fighting, you could do it.

@sjvg1976 So do I sometimes, I am also did full time work everyday, but I find the balance way to do all things. Please try to sort all things every day, and find the important things and ignore the non-important things. We will be success if we finish all important things every day.

@LadyDuck Yes, I could understand it. Everyone could choose the situable type to live. I like to set up the target and value it by the end of the month or year. For example, I read around 50 pieces of books last year, this will give me courage to read more this year.

Good to keep the goals. That helps you stay focused.
I make my to do list for the day. But still not all get done and some do spillover to the next day.

@Ada2021 I need it as I am basically a restless soul . Without a list, I am like a headless chicken.. The list makes me stay focused and productive.
