There are many ways to get a white smile. You can go to the dentist for tartar removal and teeth whitening, you can use whitening pastes or mouthwashes regularly. Recently, I was interested in the subject of mouthwash with coconut oil. I haven't tried it yet, but I'm curious about it. Do you have any experience with coconut oil and teeth whitening?

Coconut oil doesn't whiten teeth. It can, make them appear temporarily brighter, that's it.

I read this information somewhere on the Internet, maybe it was not true. I'm glad I brought this up because I would still be wrong.

@Gguusia - There are some toothpaste that pretends to whiten teeth, only bleaching at the dentist works.

I am not sure if coconut oil helps with whitening of teeth. But it's definitely healthy for hygiene and oral health. People in India have been using them as their traditional oral cleaning.

I didn't know it, but it's becoming more and more popular in my country. That's why I'm wondering if I won't be using coconut oil myself. I understand that it can be antibacterial?

Nah. I think I am happy with my teeth condition now. Maybe I only keep them clean.
