I almost always wake up a bit before my alarm, but last night I must have stayed up too late because I woke up to it today. I still had plenty time to get ready for work but as I stood up I realized I was shaking uncontrollably! I wasn't that cold, and neither was the room. I had to turn the shower on almost as high as the hot water would go and stand under it for quite awhile. I was shaking so badly that my side and stomach muscles are still hurting almost 3 hours later. I'm not sick, so not sure what caused this. Maybe I had a nightmare I don't remember.
