I lose things a lot, but normally it is every day items like shoes, keys, credit cards. I have been working super hard to get my chapbook done. I selected the final poems to be added and started working on formatting and entering the poems. Until I came to one I edited so much I no longer liked and decided to go back to the original poem. Of course this poem is written in my master book.
I am now at a stand still until I locate this book and get the poem out of it. I tried to just continue without locating it and I just can't. I was doing so good and getting so much accomplished. I am kicking myself for getting to this point!
Have you lost anything recently? Has it affected you more than you would like it to?

Nothing major, but I can't find the movie maximum overdrive to save my life, and we just watched it. Looked all over for it. I really hope you find what you're looking for.

@RebeccasFarm well thank you, but it's a DVD that my husband got for Christmas...and I hate it when you have to buy a movie offline when you already pay for the app lol.

Well put it this way, I am trying so hard to earn extra income, but nothing is panning out and it is definitely depressing. But I try to be grateful for what I have. But loss is loss..I lose my motivation sometimes.
I understand what you mean..that is a setback and frustrating to say the least.
But you will land on your feet surely

I lost my wallet at Guitar Center yesterday. Fortunately, I knew it was in the bathroom, where I had just attempted a poop. I spun around to head back there, and my co-worker was approaching me, wallet in hand. I said only, "Thank you, Sir," as I grabbed it. I spun around more slowly and returned to my duties.

A chapbook is a small book between 20-40 pages, often saddle-stitched or stapled (like a zine) since the format is designed for smaller print runs or DIY creation. Chapbooks typically contain poetry or stories or a mixture of writing on a particular theme, but they can actually be about anything.
