Finally, we got snap once again. It's been crazy waiting all of February. We had filed like we were supposed to in January you know updating information they need to keep our account open for Snap. But of course, it sat in a stack of papers untouched. We even emailed the information on top of mailing it in. It's not like the building its going to his very far away it's like 15 minutes down the road. So of course, when the day came in February where we were supposed to hear about updating the account it got closed out. So, we had to go back in and file for a 3rd time. I don't know how they keep misplacing paperwork that we give them it's not like we don't qualify but it's a pain to go through the steps to get a new card, a new account. Just updating the account is a few pieces of paper and a click on the computer and its done. Each time we get a new casework so maybe caseworker number 3 will be better than the last two. Snap card we have again and can buy food on a regular basis again.
