Something Fishy!

My cousin delivered more than 7 kilos of these fish yesterday and only costs 500 pesos or $10. Those two bigger ones are given for free:)
the bigger ones were fried while the tiny ones was separated by my mother because she will be making her own version of anchovies. My mother is a little picky when it comes to anchovies, she don't want to buy anywhere else, to make sure that it's clean (that's her perspective..lols).
After cleaning, she added some salt and then store them in a plastic bottle. After months, it will be ready!
Anyway, it's another new week and let's make it amazing!

I like fishing and also love eating baked fish. I hate the fried ones.
