We had a Nepali work dinner yesterday after I dropped Andre off at the airport. I normally avoid these things but since I do not have a lot of friends in Bath, I decided to be social.
The place was called "Yak Yeti Yak". They unfortunately ran out of pork and lamb so their menu was a bit limited but the flavours were amazing. The restaurant was full of Nepalese artefacts it felt like we were transported to Nepal. I wish to take Andre there some other time. I had a very fun evening, probably more than I expected and went home a little tipsy. Luckily here I am able to wake up early today for work.

I'm glad you had a good time. And, hopefully, woke up without a hangover.

How does the food taste? Was it more on the spicy or sweet taste? I'm curious because an Indian restaurant opened in our area and I wanted to try it. I know Nepal is another country but I think many of their dishes are similar in taste. I like dishes that are a little bit spicy. Incidentally, do you have a picture of some of the dishes? If it's not too much, would you mind sharing these photos with us? Thank you.

Well in India you can literally find all kinds of cuisines. Because different places in India have different sets of cuisines. In India we don't eat lamb that much. We eat mutton instead. And if you are going to an Indian restaurant, do try out butter chicken, nan, biriyani and if you find kulfi/lassi/rosogolla in the menu card, do try out that too.

Glad you decided to be social and go out and have a good time! Coincidentally, I ate dinner on Sunday at a restaurant at Disney’s Animal Kingdom called the Yak & Yeti!

@flapiz It’s modeled after a Nepalese restaurant. The restaurant is located next to the Everest roller coaster.

@RebeccasFarm I am rather socially awkward so I rarely do. But that night I was actually talking.
