OK, I almost used a question mark on my title. I know not to count my chickens before they hatch. But a lot of Americans will certainly have their panties in a wad if former "president" Donald Trump is not indicted this week. If convicted, he could face four years in prison, according to a New York Times article I just read.
But remember that this indictment will be be about the low hanging fruit: his payment, via his lawyer and fixer Michael Cohen, of something like $140,000 to porn actress Stormy Daniels not to talk about their brief affair while he was campaigning in 2016. The affair had happened about 10 years prior to that.
He may later face charges for trying to get Georgia's Attorney General to "find" him a few thousand votes, for inciting an insurrection, and for taking and hiding classified government documents. I didn't see mention of tax evasion in the grocery list I saw this morning, but I'd think that would be easy to prove as well.
Will you be following this case? If it happens, Trump will be the first sitting or former American president to be indicted for a crime.

Now, why are you insulting Al Capone by putting him in the same league? Al never tried to overthrow the government (although he is the one who allegedly coined the phrase “vote early and vote often” for the 1927 Chicago mayoral race).
Definitely not the first president or former president that should have been indicted, but….

I have heard what will probably go down over and over on either YouTube or my usual news. The Stormie Daniels case probably won't be that significant. I am really anxious to see how the Georgia case goes. I follow everything that goes on about Trump(the putz). I have been watching him ever since Barbara Walters did the first interview with him and he showed off his gold apartments and showed himself for what he is, a narcissistic creep.

I think the highly paid lawyers for Trump would find a way to save him from jail but well, nobody could be fully sure about the future.

So that implies he is in a sort of "Dire Straits" now!

He is already the first to be impeached twice. He needs to go for several convictions too

Nope no way. It gets too much for me and I don't need to get anxious about anything, When the time comes I know I will find out about the outcome,
