But after I saw the doctor I understood that the only thing that could be important was if I had "bad" polyps and that can only be seen with a colonoscopy.
I have the idea that he thinks that it is my IBS is what causes the pain. And that that is not important.
So I went to the drugstore and bought an OTC pill: Trimebutin. And IBS has not much to do with diets but more with stress and the like. So I´ll try to take care of my thoughts.
And when I go back home, I´ll order a nice chocolate cake

I slept most of the day and played on myLot for an hour or so around noon, my time. Otherwise, I've been letting my laptop read books to me. (I just did dishes again and started laundry... but am just listening to the thunder and rain fall now. Lots of rain. *sigh*)

I agree that stress can definitely affect IBS, but for me, certain foods cause me problems (blockages) every time I eat them. The last two times I was hospitalized with a bowel obstruction I had eaten a large garden salad. I have to remember that I can't eat raw fruits and veggies. Hope you're feeling better.

If I were closer, I would make you some of my dark chocolate brownies. Not bragging, but they are very well received and the kids just gobble them down. They are so rich, I am not sure how they do that, but they are kids and they can eat anything.

My relatives and myself submitted a form to the state free food program for seniors as well as ordering medicines from the pharmacy to be delivered home from my hypertension.

The chocolate cake can be very therapeutic. I am working on catching up with all the Discussions that I missed. I am up to March 23 and need to go to April 16.

Yes I got checked for polyps though a good grastroenterologist.
I have none.
But I do have IBS.
