I've been listening to the song trending on TikTok, "live more and love more" and i realized people don't always live , they are just alive, if people could just take a breather and lived more a lot of people won't have mental problems.Try and live more and love more coz we only live once.

Well said. Many people have mental problems. Sadly some don't feel satisfied with their life, making it more stressful and complicated.

Well its difficult but people should realize when you die thats it , the things and people giving you stress will remain behind, its not worth it,.
