Took a loooong hiatus!

Good morning/afternoon/evening, depending on your timezone! I hope everyone is well. I think my last post was around the time I had found out that my longtime job had officially closed due to the pandemic. Wow time flies! I have since then done odd jobs such as DoorDash, UberEats, InstaCart/Shipt. I have also become a streamer on Twitch! I NEVER in my wildest dreams thought I would become a content creator. I am still pretty small and learning the ropes. I don't make much, but anything from my wonderful viewers is amazing. I love my little community. I also had a stint where I was a cashier and bagger for a grocery store. It was fine for a while, until management were being shady with a few things, even after I expressed my concern multiple times. I have also since sold my house. My husband and I thought he would be getting a transfer much sooner, but sadly it has not panned out how we hoped. So, we are sadly stuck in this state when I so desperately want to move closer to my mom and family. She had another cancer scare not too long ago. Thankfully they got it early and she is in remission. This is her second cancer scare. The first time she had stage 4 colon cancer which she miraculously beat. My dad passed away in October of 2021. He had a lot of demons in him and losing his job kind of pushed him over. He did not commit suicide though. He sustained serious injuries from a fall he had unfortunately. I was in the airport, trying to get there before he.....well I got to kind of say goodbye to him through a video call from my aunts at the hospital. He was unconscious, but I hope he heard me and knew he was loved. Him and I had our differences, but I feel we made peace with each other before he went on. I miss him everyday. It's very hard losing a parent. So much has happened in my life. I am hoping it will get better. I am just super thankful I have my husband and child right along with me and they are healthy and well loved. Until next time my friends. <3 Danielle R.
