myLot Ages and Beyond

What age do you feel is among the most on the myLot site? Just curious. I have been around off and on for years. Some people show what their age is while others choose to remain anonymous for their own personal reasons. I choose not to reveal my age because to me it doesn't really matter how old you are, as long as you can make some sort of contribution to the discussions. This is more out of curiosity sake.

EDIT: I was not asking for people to say their age or "out" themselves. I simply wanted to know people's take on what they thought the age gap was depending on the certain discussions they read on here. I saw no harm in this.

You know, this sounds like a conterdictary topic. If you don't care about age (in choosing to hide it) why ask? Those who are open about it, won't hide it. so....

I had a feeing someone might say that. You are right, it does not matter. BUT I still wondered about the opinions of others on the topic. I would never judge someone by their age obviously. It was just a thought. If someone REALLY wanted to know my age, I would most likely tell them.

@DanieGirl80587 I did, and that's how it sounded, because you counterdict yourself in it. by saying you choose to hide your age, because age doesn't matter, then mention you're curious about ages on the site. so..... it can be taken as an indirect way of asking a person's age.

I don't ask ages on myLot and don't look at profiles to try to figure it out. I always feel like the people I'm talking with are about my own age... Of course, some people know I'm only 23 years old and others believe I'm 59... You can take your choice of those and I'll simply smile and agree with you.

Sounds good. :-) I often wondered if people found me older or younger based on my activity on here so to speak.

@DaddyEvil Age doesn't always equal maturity either.

@DanieGirl80587 Most people that I've talked with thought I was about their age and were surprised if I actually told them how old I was... One of my friends here shows "23" on his profile and that's what he told me when I hinted that I'd like to know... And then his dad told me his real age. (Which was cheating, in my opinion, since I hadn't asked his dad to reveal my friend's age.)
I was simply worried because my friend comes across as naïve in some ways and I didn't want to talk beyond his age, if that makes sense. (I've since learned that my friend is a perv and enjoys shocking me in private conversations. )

Even though I am 61 years of age, I feel like I am 50 years of age.

If you feel younger, then that is a very good thing! :-)

@DanieGirl80587 I do feel a little younger than 61 at this stage of my lifetime.
