I love the jaggery sweets better than chana made sweets. / myLot

There are lovely jaggery made sweets in Bengal called nalin gurer sandesh. The tragedy is these sweets are available only during the winter months like November to February . In India winter lasts for only 4 months. For the rest of the months there is only chana sandesh.

thanks Icydoll the popularity of sugar made sweets in bengal lie due to their presence for 8 months as opposed to jaggery made sweets which lie for only 4 months
