April Shock!

Ha He Hi Ho Hu!
6.30am-7.00am
I woke up early. Heading to the kitchen to prepare breakfast. Cook instant noodles and some broccoli. Suddenly.... Head back for a while to the bed, I smell something burnt. Don't know how to explain it, but I know when there's a wire burn, so that's it. I quickly turn off my nearest table main switch along with my double decker's neighbour main switch. Thankfully, she is also awake at this time. The moment I turn them off, boom! Boom!
7.00am-7.30am
Boom! Boom! Yup. 2 times explode. Nope, no blackout still. But my upper double decker neighbour saw the bright spark in front of her. Our front room setting is the clothes drying area along with 2 other tenants there. I don't get to see the spark in real time because I was at my back switching our main table switch. So, she just jump down from her bed, close the ceiling fan and all. She call the admin management right away.
7.30am-8.00am
Take this time to continue breakfast after a brief disturbance. After breakfast, bath and ready to go to the library when the electric maintenance came asap, which is good
8.00am-8.30am
Get dressed and invite the maintenance in. He noticed one sub-switch in the electric box went down. He wrote down everything and inform the electrician. He give necessary advice and we act accordingly. After that, proceed to go to the library.
Yup. I am glad that as years go by, no one bothered me with their "April Fool" immature pranks anymore. But do you still remember the tenant I talked about in my previous post? Yup, she doesn't give a single f. care about what just happened. She just gets ready and goes to the class, not even caring to turn off the switch nearby her. Her bottom double-decker neighbour is the one that turns the switch off for her
She doesn't even care about her own surgery infection, her own health, let alone her own table switch that she used. Totally no brain!
What an April Shock!
Kbye!
Adie,
April 2023.

Yup! At least as a person, we do care about others who are still sleeping that time since it was happening around 6.30am. Still early, so we have to wake them because the electricity on sparks. But that tenant neighbour? Nope. She just lift her laptop, and go to the class without panic, without anything. In the midst of the panic, she just observe, and leave

@RebeccasFarm You mean something is basically wrong with her in the first place? Yeah, it is

Either I am going out, or this stubborn tenant goes out. She really don't f care about things around her. So ignorant
She don't even bother to ask, to help, to do anything. Just even today, she lift the heavy laptop when her surgery stitches is just about 3 weeks. Well, if that's the way she wants to die, let her be

Unfortunately, there was one fuse in the electric fuse box went down. So consider that as damage. But yeah, thankfully no other damages so far. But yeah, the tenant is just taking care of herself and didn't even ask the follow up after that. She expect someone come up to her and tell her everything

Wow, what a harrowing time! Some people live in their own little world and we can only work around them or get away from them.

I agree with you! Even one of my friends when I express my frustration to her about that tenant, she also ask, 'where is she coming from, the cave?'
I am okay if you care about yourself mostly. But we need to remember that we are living with other community, we should be considerate too.
