What questions are you tired of hearing from people?

For me, it's: When will you finally have a boyfriend? It's always the same thing. Whenever I get together with my friends, or even in family reunions, this is what I get asked. And I'm tired of it. Because I don't know the answer. I'm not single by choice. I'm just not likeable, I guess. So hearing that question over and over gets a little annoying. People should really mind their business. What about you guys? Any questions people ask you all the time that you don't like?

When will you introduce your girlfriend to us?..as if I'm dating for them.

Perhaps smile and ask, 'I've wondered why people ask that question. Why does that interest you so much?' It might be fun to see them try to come up with an answer - in the meantime, you can sweetly change the subject to something like, 'Have you read any good books lately?'

No, nothing comes to my mind. In the past it was "do you have children?".

I would ask them in return: "How old is your gf or bf? or do you have a bf/gf? I don't want people asking me questions about my personal affairs, so I don't ask them too.

This puts pressure on you and that's not helping you find a boyfriend. Next time you could say , Can you find one for me?!

We have the similar situation here. I hate it when people ask that as if we are living for them and their show. Unfortunately, that type of question also shows your knowledge level.

Ohhh I never thought of it that way. But I guess it makes sense if all they think about is other people's business. Smart people make better use of their time.
