modthesims2.com has all free stuff and is usually really good quality. They have a lot of quality control there. http://www.thesimsresource.com/ is good also but you have to register and free content rotates every once in awhile. I found the best way to find good sites is to check the links these two sites have. They usually link to other high quality sites.

when you say Good quality and in Free..then believe the only way is to use the power of SHARE. and its Legal . just have a look on www.nigmae.net www.softarchive.net I can bet,you can't download all u wanted to DL from these sites.Try it
