Walking on white sands in summer is still enjoyable.

There is an interesting fact that sand never get as hot as stones. I have the experience of walking barefoot in the white sands in Maldives. As it is below the equator it is very pleasant over there. Both in the morning and noon time walking on the white sands is fun.

@sathviksouvik I would be a little afraid of stepping on a sharp shell or a piece of glass.

@RubyHawk thanks Ruby that chance is there. In Maldives the local people clean the sands every day

Sea Beaches can be quite some fun.
I have not been to one since long and may be one of our next trip could be to a Sea Beach.
But yes, that needs a lot of planning - financially and otherwise.
So this Maldives trip was a recent one?

I didn't know that sand doesn't get as hot as stones. My feet have been burnt on hot sand a time or two when I was younger.

thanks Judy you might have walked on the sand in noon time when temperature might have been above 45 degree celsius. But at the same temperature if you would have walked on stones there would have been burning sensation
