Yesterday we went to the big Tesco instead of today, and today I went to the little Tesco instead of yesterday! This is because my step-dad has got to go to the dentist this afternoon and he wouldn't want to go to the big Tesco afterwards! Yesterday at the big Tesco we got the telly magazines and I got my Doctor Who magazine. We also got some fresh flowers. I treated myself to a Yorkie bar. We got some non-alcoholic wine for Easter. Then we got the usual stuff. I got some celery and carrots because I'd run out of celery and I'm running out of carrots. Mum got some pork steaks because she had a voucher for extra points on pork steaks. We continued getting the usual stuff and my Mum got some cakes for the house group because it's her turn this week to take cakes. She also got some Easter Eggs for the children of the people who run the house group. Well, actually they're their grandkids but they look after them because their parents can't. Mum also got a simnel cake for us, then later she went back and got one for Nan Nutt aswell. We didn't get much frozen stuff because it was already 4:15pm. We had spent too much time looking at Easter Eggs and cakes! I went and paid and it came to just under £140! It was now 4:25pm, so I quickly swapped my book at the Tesco book swap and we went to go down on the lift. We saw Julie who runs the house group and we shared a lift with her and her granddaughter and some of their friends. The granddaughter wouldn't have realised that one of the Easter Eggs in our trolley was for her! My step-dad was waiting at the picking up point when we got there, and I bet he was feeling impatient! We went home and I unpacked the groceries. Then I had my dinner while watching TV and resting. Later that night I put out the new flowers. This morning I went to the little Tesco instead of yesterday. I went a bit earlier than usual because I wanted to get home in time for Animal Park which I'm watching now. I didn't need to get much because we got a lot yesterday. Mum wanted me to get some kitchen roll from the little Tesco because we couldn't get any from the big Tesco. She also wanted me to get an Easter Egg for my step-dad. I wore my coat with the hood today because my weather app said it might rain. I set off at 10:00am. I had to move the garden waste bin out of the way to get passed round the car because my step-dad put it out yesterday ready for the bin man instead of today, because as we went to the big Tesco yesterday instead of today he got confused and thought he needed to put the recycle and garden waste bins out yesterday instead of today! As I was coming up to the little Tesco there was a gardening guy with his truck on the path collecting up grass that had been mown and putting it in the back of his truck. I just managed to get passed him. I got the kitchen roll first, then I got some fudge for my step-dad, and some ginger nut biscuits and kit kats for me. Then I got some strawberries and 1 bottle of milk. After that I looked around for a suitable Easter Egg for my step-dad. Eventually I found a massive Thorntons one for £8 so I got that! As I was coming towards the tills I saw an Easter bunny (a soft one not a chocolate one) and I immediately fell in love with it so I got it. It cost £4.50. At the till I also asked for 8 First and 8 Second class stamps. I paid and it came to £39! Mum had given me £100 so she had £61 change! I went home, passed the gardeners truck, and walked as quickly as I could to get home in time for Animal Park. As soon as I got home, after I'd given my Mum her change and her stamps, I put out the old flowers and offcuts into the garden waste bin that was now out front, because I'd left the old flowers and offcuts by the patio door last night. When I went out to put them in the bin the rain was coming down heavier. I showed my Mum the Easter Egg I'd got for my step-dad and she was really pleased with it. I've put it back in the trolley for now out of the way of prying eyes! I put the groceries away and sat down to watch Animal Park and have a rest when Mylotting! Animal Park has now finished and Homes Under the Hammer has just started! What are you all getting up to? I hope you are all well. Have a nice day.

@sharonelton Thank you! Now after I change my grocery days from weekend to weekdays, I can actually be calm in finding foods then on weekends. Weekends, wow. Too many people.
