I feel like loneliness has become a part and parcel of my life. I think everyone is busy in their own world. Busy with family, busy working, busy studying....Everything seems rosy initially but it all ends up in the same known mess.
Does anyone feel that loneliness has become a part of their life?
How to overcome it?

I am sorry that you are going through that feeling. I think that with all digitalized world and the fast pace of today's life, more and more people are feeling that way.
You have to find ways to reach to people in your closed circle and talk to them. Get things that you love to do and that helps you to distract.

@Dreamerby Only way is not to be lonely
You should be with your sister, brother, mother ,father or Friends.
No other way means you should make yourself busy by involving any of the activities like craftwork , painting, reading books, watching movies, chatting with your loved ones, workout, gardening, cooking , writing poems or a story,

I reduce the loneliness by not thinking that I am lonely. Mindset is always the first one to set. I always find something to do, and that includes eating, sleeping, exercising, bath and watch Running Man if I am lazy to do my academic studies.
The more you feel it, the more you feel useless. Accept and embrace it.

The only immediate solution is to find a group activity or sport to participate in such as dance, acting, soccer, tennis, swimming or even a cruise so you can meet new people
