Abandoned dog rescued by a female who saw the image of the dog on social media

Instagram has some good uses to their readers since in the page called New York City or NYC has a page called NYC By The Curb in which an image of an abandoned dog who was tied up at the Fulton Street Station on Wednesday. The previous owner of the dog could not afford to take care of the dog which was a reason to leave the dog at a subway station in the hopes that someone would be interested in adopting the dog to be the best friend of another person who needed a dog as the companion for a man or woman. Heather Hamm saw an image of the abandoned dog on Instagram, she went to the Fulton Street station and when she saw the dog tied up on a hand railing. Heather talked to New York Police Department (NYPD) if she could adopt the dog. When the police officers said to Heather that since the dog liked her, the dog was hers to keep. Heather who then adopted the dog who is female to a local veterinarian who determined that the dog was nine months of age and in good health needed a new home.
