My breakfast sandwich

This post is for @porwest and @TheHorse This morning I made myself a Mexican-ish breakfast sub. I did scrambled eggs with sauteed onion, red pepper, and a small handful of baby spinach. I put them on a small toasted sub roll with the bottom smeared with guacamole. I topped the eggs with a bit of salsa and some fresh chopped cilantro. I know @TheHorse always asks about what we had for breakfast. I want @porwest to see that the salsa is as close to putting ketchup on my eggs that I will ever get.

I love cilantro! That sounds really good. Ketchup on eggs? You just :"rained on my parade" and "got my panties in a bunch." Does Jim put ketchup on eggs? Figures.

@TheHorse Hey, I actually did a post about it which was almost a survey of sorts and it might shock you to know ketchup on eggs won. lol

Before you know it you will be on my side about the ketchup. But I have to admit that sandwich looks delicious!

@NJChicaa Like I have said many times before and stick to that. You do not have any idea what good food is. Paint by numbers. That's your schtick. Thinking outside the box is completely foreign to you. Enjoy your boring food.

I don't have guacamole here. So I think I will skip it and make the rest of the ingredients.

That looks just delicious! Ketchup on eggs is just sickening to me. I really don't know why. Maybe it's because I don't like red and yellow together, who knows...but that really does look good.
