Happy Easter!

My trip to town on Friday didn't go as planned. I didn't realize it was a public holiday so most businesses were closed including the furniture store I intended to visit. The weather was nice though. We went out again the next day and found what I needed. My knees are still sore from all of the walking we did. Today is already Easter Sunday here. We're just going to have lunch at home with family. What about you? How are your weekends going?

The 10th. I was wondering cause I saw a post on social media about "going back to work on Tuesday" and my nephew didn't go to school. Mama told me it was the day of valor.

I hope you feel better quickly. My daughter wanted some of the Easter candy today, Saturday here, so I cut the big chocolate and peanut butter egg we bought for Easter. She took half and put my half into a Ziploc baggie. (I don't eat candy very fast. So it will probably still be here when she comes hunting for it. ) Happy Easter!

There was a time when everything closed on Good Friday at noon, but no more. Here it's business as usual. I'm glad you found what you needed on Saturday and had a good time with your family yesterday.
