Our village fiesta (a local festive celebration) is coming soon and our neighborhood was planning what activities to do this year. There was a meeting and neighbors gathered together to brainstorm ideas. However there was this one neighbor who questioned everything that was written on the board. Or so to speak. At first I was like okay, maybe she was just being thorough. Or concerned. But when she started poking holes when there was none, I realized that she was one of those. Maybe you know what I mean? And maybe the photo above can help you picture it out.

Previously, I had one at work. she always looks for the cons of each situation without offering any solutions. I only realized later that she was even backstabbing me and giving all false, derogatory, and discrediting statements to people at work, who didn't know me at all. That's when I knew she was just someone who wanted to be the center of attraction without putting in good work., so I eventually ignored her.

I did know someone like that, not a neighbor though. When we did production numbers in skating, we mostly could figure out our own costumes, but sometimes we had to wear the same . . . which meant money. One of my skating friends made a stink about these things all time but she always caved because in the end, if she didn't do it, then she couldn't skate in the number 
.

I have heard of people like that, but I never had neighbors like that.

Yes, there is always one of those. It seems, the ones who have all the questions usually do not have the answers.
