I am tired of paperwork

I have been helping my sister with medical paperwork for our dad. He oved from a nursing home in Missouri to one in Iowa. Some how all the medical records got messed up. So now I have been going through all of this to hopefully get it straightened out. What a mess.

Thank you DE. I ued to deal with lots of paperwork when I had my daycare and craft business. Those were easy compared to this, I am reading doctors repots versus other doctor repots. It is a mess.

@velvet53 You're welcome. I totally understand. When mom changed nursing homes years ago, somehow her paperwork was messed up and we had to sort through it and try to figure it out. It felt like it took forever but we did get it done.

@DaddyEvil I am still working on it but I will get it figured out. Since my parents divorce all of my siblings looked up to me for help. I have had too go through a lt helping them out.

It definitely is. I used to do taxes and I would rather be doing them now verses what I am doing.

@velvet53 haha this is your break time? I did something like yours before. And I was adamant to finish everything in a hurry but then I ended up doing so many mistakes because I was too tired and my brain wasn't functioning enough.

I'm trying but my sis sent me more paperwork to go through. I am finding some pretty interesting things. One is that two different doctors put my dad on medicacine that doesn't work together.

@CarolDM That is a long way from the two of you. My sister and dad are both in Iowa and I am in Colorado. I put up my 6' table and it is loaded with papers. I think by the end of this weekend I will have everything under control. I hope.

@velvet53 I had to do all of this for my Dad, not for a nursing home, but just day to day bills and everything else, 500 miles away. I can somewhat understand what you are going through.

@MGjhaud It does get old after awhile. I know what it is like to get a new home. So much paperwork. I used to work for a real estate office and I know what it really is like.

Mom passed away in 2003 so at least I don't have two that I have to do paperwork on. It is hard.

It is a horrible mess. But I am finding where two doctors prescribed medication that was not combatable.
