It is nice to know that actor Mark Wahlberg who is famous for his acting roles in movies "The Perfect Storm" as well as his work with "New Kids On The Block" as well as with "Marky Mark And The Funky Bunch" is one person who is using his fame and fortune to remain humble and be one of us.
Mark who worked at a grocery store in Quincy Massachusetts as a teenager went to his former employer Stop & Shop on Tuesday to work as a grocery bagger on Tuesday.
Fans of the actor were thrilled to meet him as he worked bagging groceries for his fans and customers that day. It is rare for celebrities to maintain humility after reaching their dreams of being successful.

I guess some celebrities do take vacations to visit their hometowns from time to time.

I doubt that Mark will ever give up doing deeds of remembering where he came from since it will keep him a very happy person.

It is nice to hear that he chose to do this. Keanu Reeves does some nice things too. And, Brad Pitt helped the people in Louisiana a lot during the big storm they had there a few years back. There are some good folks in the profession.

I am in agreement with you that Mark has never forgotten where he came from just like another Massachusetts who said in her unauthorized biography that she never wanted to forget where she came from which was the late Donna Summer.

You should probably copy paste the full link or it does no one any good.
Actor Mark Wahlberg visited a Massachusetts grocery store on Tuesday where he once worked, greeting employees and customers with hugs.

Wahlberg is an example of what a famous, rich person could be and should be. He hasn't let celebrity go to his head nor has he fallen into the trap a lot of folks in his line of work do of mistaking being famous for being too important to interact with us normal people.
Here's a link to the news from a local Boston station.
