Andrea and I watched Super Mario the Movie at the cinema today. Maybe an odd choice as it is kinda like a movie for young people but Andre and I grew up playing Super Mario. Plus Super Mario is supposed to be Italian.
Surprisingly the movie was quite entertaining despite it being childish. We thoroughly enjoyed it but after the film we felt quite dizzy. The animations were too bright and colourful and fast paced it was almost seizure inducing.

I used to play the Super Mario video games when I was younger, I like the game as well as the characters.

Sometimes it's fun to watch those type of films. I know I enjoyed 'The Lego Movie', and 'Inside Out' as well. I never played any video games but I guess they based the style on that so I can imagine it was crazily bright and fast-moving!
