Cancelled

I coughed a lot all night.
It seems best I cancel my dental appointment, because they would not be able to do the needed work with me coughing constantly.
I have taken some medicine and it will likely make me sleepy all day. No fever, though, so I will go to work.
I have a really hard time deciding when I am sick enough to be sick. How about you?

I used to go to work if I was running a low fever but if it was over 100F, or I threw up, I stayed home.
I do hope you feel better soon.

I hope you're able to get another dental appointment easily. I'm sure he/she doesn't want you coughing all over him/her and as you say, they wouldn't be able to do any work anyway.

I'm sorry you're still not well. I used to go to work a lot of times when I was very sick. I had a hard time deciding when I should stay home too.

Good call. You wouldn't want to start coughing just as the dentist stuck in the needle...
But I am sure they would tell you to go home if you admitted to having a cough, anyway.

Hope you feel better and that the medicine helped with your cough. I would cancel a dentist appointment too if I was coughing

Yes, it's very important to prioritize your health and cancel your dental appointment because It's better to reschedule than to risk you are getting sicker or infecting others. Ypu should take some medicine and take a rest enough. Hope you get well soon and can back to work.
