I need help with gift ideas for my sister-in-law who will turn 50 on Sunday. We will have a lunch buffet then. I am thinking of a bouquet of roses or flowers because she almost has everything she needs and wants. My husband is of no help 
Any suggestions will be appreciated.

It's not easy to gift anyone who has everything.. But gift vouchers are the most practical I think..

Smell good things or edibles are always nice. Flowers would be nice also.
