Do you spend time outside every day?

I didn't leave my house for weeks. It was cloudy and rainy. Today we finally have a sunny day. I am so glad because our stray cat is alive and she had kittens in my neighbor's yard. I was upset because she disappeared and I thought that she died.
I plan to spend more time outside even if it's only on my balcony. The sunshine helps a lot. Do you spend time outside every day? I stayed in the same room for weeks. This isn't healthy at all.

Yes and I go to places with lots of nature so I can feel the nice fresh breeze of the air

I visit my balcony and terrace a few times every day to catch up with fresh air. I often take breaks between chores and work to do that. We enjoy our morning tea in fresh air of our terrace or balcony. I am also very regular to outdoor activities as part of morning exercise like cycling, hiking, trekking, walking etc.

I'm glad your kitty is okay. The weather is starting to warm and be less rainy at my house. I've had a cold this past week so I didn't do much. Now that the weather is turning nicer I plan to take my kitten out- he goes on a safety vest and leash- and let him enjoy our yard. Lots of gardening chores ahead!

@dya80dya Peter kitten is pretty calm. He actually put his arm into the vest today when I started to place it on him. Totally sweet day. He is a Snowshoe Siamese mix and Siamese are said to be smart. Maybe he has it figured out- he is nice, he gets outside for a while.
