I told how my neighbor who wanted her grandchildren to inherit my wealth, which she probably estimates to be more than what it actually is, has started troubling me by targeting my house helps. So first one, who worked with me for over 10 years, whom I gave pretty high salary and 30 grams of gold, plus medical insurance coverage, plus daily meals and was to give retirement benefits...left because she was coached that I was giving her less. Which she and her husband did. But she continued to work with us and another lady downstairs. Despite the greedy neighbor trying to get the new watchman's wife to work for us. Now, when they have no other excuse, they are blaming her for maligning the owners in this building. The truth - she went in search for a job. She did not know whom she had approached. The person she approached happened to be the new watchman's father in law. They asked her why she left, she said these people were not paying enough and the workload was too much with corresponding follow up. The man said...we will know in a couple of months. The son in law now told the management that she threatened that you all will have to leave in a couple of months. The girl cried her heart out. She said she is gonna look for alternate employment. She does not want to come here as these people are manufacturing reasons to ensure that she does not enter the premises. It does look like that to me now. Earlier they had said she won't be allowed to work here, then the building people had stood by her. Now, with the new watchman having reported wrong, I am left to wonder where this is leading. Peace is important to me. Very. I gave her permission to look for alternate employment. It is better that way. Otherwise, looking at same people, and having new reasons to create altercations even after she left the building, is not gonna do her any good. Good news is, aunty is leaving for the US, so my workload will be considerably lower. I hope Saibaba looks into the matter and supports the truth. Poor people cannot plan their monies as well as we all do. It would have been right on the part of the management to explain to her the loss. But then, I have no say in the matter. What I didn't like is, them presuming that I will throw this girl out and use the services of the new watchman. Nah...I will employ the girl I had selected for my aunt. Let the new watchman find the money to be inadequate. Then we will see some fireworks. I am becoming very evil with each passing day..LOL
