I have an eye doctor appointment set up, although I am certain my prescription won't change much, I see well with these glasses for the most part, it will be fun to get a new pair of glasses. I have had these probably 3 or 4 years, and never liked them that much..the frames are a bit large for my liking..but the price was right. These glasses are sturdy and will be good as a back up, but I will be looking forward to having a new pair. When did you last get new glasses, if you wear them?

I honestly can't remember the last time I got glasses. They really don't do anything for me anymore.

I will make sure to choose frames that are not too big when I get them this time.

@snowy22315 That’s what I thought I was doing but the bottom part of my new glasses are just a little bit too narrow.

Glad you will get new ones.
I am not thrilled with the ones I HAD to get when I lost my lens, but they will do until I can afford a new pair.
But by that time, I may have to have cataract surgery.
Good luck with your new ones.
I got mine recently within the 3 months or less.

Oh yeah, I remember when you lost your lens...what a pain. When I get the new glasses, I may try to donate some of my old pairs to the LIons. I have a few old pairs around

I usually get new glasses every 2 years.
This year I goofed when I did my benefits selections at work and didn't take the enhanced package which is what covers the eyeglasses.
We each need new ones, and we usually go for a 2-1 and get a pair of regular glasses as well as a pair of prescription sunglasses.
Instead of getting them this summer we will have to wait until next year. It might work out better this way since I plan on working another 4 years so that will be another 2 pairs of glasses each.

My eyes seemed to need adjustments more often because of aging, I need to have new glasses every now and then. I am fond of reading a lot, internet surfing and watching flicks. My eyes get tired from these hobbies so I really need to adjust my eyeglasses.

I got new glasses last year. I still use my old pair too I keep my old pair in my purse in case I need them when I'm out. I usually only need to use them if the print is really small. The prescription didn't really change that much at all.

The last new pair of glasses I got was around 2 years ago. I need to have my eyes check again.

That is cool, I think I would rather be getting a new phone than new glasses!

I received a call from the Optician yesterday, my new glasses are in!!! I am so looking forward to picking them up after peeling a layer of plastic lens off the right side of my readers when I fell on my face.
You'll be surprised that even a small change in your prescription will make a major difference in your vision. I am certain that I will be able to do the fine detail work on the bears with tons less difficulty than with my old ones. I will add that I have to go back to the Optician soon because they want to dilate my eyes and I have to have a "HUMAN Guide Dog" to get me home. I don't like having my eyes dilated but it's necessary at this point in time.
Pick out a cute pair of frames...it's time to have fun with your glasses.
