knitting socks still!

4 years already I am knitting socks of all sizes, with thick yarns and fine too. I am enjoying it! Now to explain myself better, I am knitting socks from top to toe! It goes better for me! I did try from toe to top! So my answer for me not having done much this way is how to have it nice and stretchy at the top, which I tried but seems to not work so well for me, I do still wear the one pink pair I made, from toe to top does not stretch well on top. I wonder if I am the only one with that problem. Anyway, bye for now enjoy your day!
