Yipes.
I was so sure that I would recieve an email from the Coast Guard that would say something like:
"You forgot to fill out this..." or
"You need to redo that..."
Instead when I checked my email this afternoon, I got this:

Good morning Stacey,
Thank you for sending these over. Our next step is establishing a state date!
Listed below are start date options we have,

15 May
I look forward to hearing back from you and officially meeting you!

Yikes!
After all the paper filling and re-filling out, I am feeling shocked. I plan on choosing the date of May 15th, which is a bit over two weeks to give my current boss notice. 
This feels totally crazy.

Yes, one I applied for last year, so the process has seemed to take forever. I will be working in their daycare.

LOL--I hardly noticed the typo. I believe that it is supposed to be "start date".
