When I read self help books I make it a point to apply something from the book to improve my life. So when I read (browse) Atomic Habits as well as The Productivity Project, it says that a small habit when compounded or accumulated through the years have huge impact. The important thing says the books is consistency. So I thought we may not have the healthiest diet due to certain limitations as well as busy schedules, but a small thing we can do for our health is eating a fruit everyday. If the books are right, who knows what these fruits can save us from or benefit us. So yesterday we had guavas and today I have avocadoes. What are some little things you want to change or include in your lifestyle or habits?

I ate yellow mangoes today. They were sooo good. I would actually like to incorporate a morning exercise in my daily routine but sometimes I get too lazy. I hope I get to doing it regularly soon.

I always have bananas every day. Sometimes, oranges, or apples, or mangoes, or watermelons. Fruits are healthy and nutritious. many are sweet but the sugar that these fruits contain are easily digested than the sugar that carbohydrates contain. So, yes, fruits are a must on the table..

I also do hope the body can naturally handle the sugar in some fruits and not cause diabetes at all.

@rakski This is a good habit. I have set an alarm to remind myself. Do you do it daily or you have rest days?

@marlina Just joking I'm just being sarcastic because my mom only buys bananas. It's my father's favorite fruit that's why.

That is a very healthy habit you have of eating bananas everyday. My partner bought bananas earlier, I hope by tomorrow it will be ripe.

That's great. I hope to get some bananas in the market this weekends. Rich in potassium while grapes has resveratrol.
