Good Morning/Afternoon/Evening to all my dear mylotters
It is raining here now and suddenly thought of preparing this chicken sizzling for our dinner today 
Are you familiar with this pork chop/chicken sizzling? It is one of my favorite food when I used to live in the Philippines. It is quite popular there 
For me. it is actually a simple deep fried meat and mix it with gravy, side dish (mixed vegetables) and rice 
which it will be served to you in a hot ceramic plate but I am thinking to put it in a pan 
So, How about you my dear mylotters? Are you familiar with pork chop/chicken sizzling? What dish are you having for today?

I have had that type of thing, but not fried. I love fajitas, which always come sizzling.

I don't often eat iron plate pork chops and iron plate chicken, but iron plate squid is my favorite

Your dish looks delicious. I seldom deep fried meat. But I love deep fried tofu.
